Lufkin Parish to Hold Community Wide Parish Mission, May 2022

St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Lufkin will be hosting a community wide parish mission titled “God’s Healing Love” on May 16, 17 and 18, 2022. The event will begin at 6:30pm each night in the Church.

Fr. Greg Bramlage of the Missionaries of the New Evangelization will be leading each session. Fr. Bramlage has given Missions to thousands of people through the United States, Africa, India, as well as Central and South America, evangelizing with the Word of God and teaching others to pray for miracles with expectant faith. His is headquartered here in the Diocese of Tyler.

Fr. Greg Bramlage

Through this parish mission, Fr. Bramlage introduces a deeper understanding of God’s mercy and shares about the incredible healings that result when we repent of our sins, forgive those who have hurt us and pray with expectant faith.

Fr. Branlage will also teach on how people can open their hearts to the Holy Spirit and enter into a more profound relationship with Jesus and God the Father. He will tell stories of the miraculous healing his ministry has witnessed and give instructions on how to pray for others with confidence and love.

Here are the topics planned for each evening:

Monday, May 16 – “Blessed are the merciful” Matthew 5:7

Tuesday, May 17 – “Be filled with the Holy Spirit” Acts 9:17

Wednesday, May 18 – “Pray that you may be healed” James 5:16

The Mission begins each night at 6:30pm with 30 minutes of prayer and praise. Please come with an open heart ready to be awed by the extravagant love of God. Children are welcome.
